$29,149.28. From that amount checks will be written as follows:

BISHOPS
REPRESENTATIVE:
Dede Lewis reported
on the exporting of Cursillo to Jamaica. Co-sponsorship with the Bahamas: their
new Bishop had written a letter to their Secretariat to indicate that he wants
them to be a part of the exportation Cursillo Movement; they are to write to
the NECC for approval.
2010 Secretariat
members: Dede Lewis confirmed with those to continue. The term is for
1-year beginning January 1st. Rev. Cori Olson will be retiring
as Diocesan Spiritual Director.
EWC Weekend #104:
Vasco Coombs would be contacting Fr. Addison to discuss the status of the
Spanish Cursillo weekend.
PRE-CURSILLO
REPORT:
The job description
for Pre-Cursillo was discussed. Chair, Bob Anderson to work with Brenda
McGintis, Fourth Day Chair and Andrea Thomas who is writing the
Procedures Manual. Issues of concern: Tracking and calling of
spouses of new Cursillistas who have made the weekend and who have submitted
their applications. Identifying people who could be called on a
stand-by basis.
The issue of
fairness when calling candidates was discussed. Fourteen people from each
Sector (south, central and north) will be called up until a decided date and
then calling from other Sectors can take place. It was decided that the
issue would be further discussed with Barbara MacKenzie, Weekend Chair, and
Andrea Thomas. Calling from earliest application date to be adhered to
except in the case of spouses of new Cursillistas. This issue is to also
be clarified.
