BISHOP'S REPRESENTATIVE: Dede Lewis stated that Bill Hurd has ordered two QuickBooks (himself and Valerie). They will enter all of the transactions for 2009 and have Financial Statements. She also stated that Chris Valdez had called her and a request had not been made for the $3,000 from the Diocese. She emailed a request and the amount will be sent to the Treasurer - this is to be noted that after January of each year, the line item amount allocated should be requested.

Bob Sullivan will be the Diocesan Spiritual Director for 2010. Jeannie Lou Reid will be a Spiritual director from the South Sector.

Exporting Cursillo to Jamaica - Bob Foot made a suggested inventory for the weekend. We may need 10 to 12 people to go to Jamaica for the men's weekend. Costs need to be decided such as registration and transportation. The committee will discuss this and make a recommendation.

All changes in schedules should go through the Lay Director and Spiritual Director and, if possible, all members of the Secretariat.

Dates for 2010, 2011 and 2012 were discussed. It was suggested that we consider scheduling weekends in the spring and we have two women's weekends in 2010. Dede will email the dates that are available at the Duncan Center.

SPANISH CURSILLO: Fr. Orlando Addison gave his report and indicated that he needs more time to reorganize the Spanish. Orlando made a motion to move the Spanish weekend from 2010 to 2011. Bob Sullivan seconded. It was passed.

CLERGY REPORTS: Cori was asked by Lillie Clarke, Rector to serve as clergy on a Women's weekend. She is also calling the other clergy to serve - they will all be women clergy.

Bob Sullivan will call clergy for the Men's weekend. Cori stated that on the Men's weekend, only male clergy can serve.

WEEKEND: Barbara gave a report on the past two weekends and she is working on policies, and currently her main focus is on weekend responsibilities. Pam Anderson and Nick Wells are recommended for the Women's and Men's weekend for 2010, respectively.
